 I just wish we could have found Michelle Christensen the first time we refinanced then the process would have not been so confusing, she was always there when I called to ask any question or concern, I had. She also was very quick with the whole process. I also would refer her to all of my friends that are homeowners looking to refinance, she is one of the best lenders I have ever worked with and by far the smartest.

I was first referred to Michelle over a year ago by a friend who said working with her would be easy. She was right! We recently closed a refinance of our property with Michelle and I would highly recommend her services.  From the initial application to closing Michelle gave us great service and is very knowledgeable.  She was always available to answer our questions and her attention to detail made this a smooth transaction.  Overall we were very happy working with Michelle, we were able to reduce our payment several hundred dollars.  The entire process only took a couple of weeks.  If you are looking to refinance or purchase a property fill out an application with Michelle - you won't regret it!!

4/11/2018 •  Where do I start while looking to refinance my home I was talking to a coworker who recommended that I give his loan agent a try. So I did and decided to give Michelle Christensen a call. I can not express in words how happy I am that I did. in a world where they can not even get my order right at the drive through window of mc Donald's! 12/2/2015 • Ok Yelpers, I've found the best mortgage broker in SoCAL!! Her name is Michelle Christensen. I've bought houses in the past and dealt with other brokers before and nothing, I mean NOTHING, compares to the complete and overall excellent professional experience I just received from Michelle Christensen. I recently did a Refi on my mortgage I have now.  I called the lender that held the loan, and also shopped around to 3 other brokers before I was referred to Michelle from a friend of mine. Most of the loans I shopped where pretty close in comparison, Michelle still got a better deal. To me getting a better deal is always great BUT the single most important thing IMHO is customer service. I don't know why customer service is such a hard thing to deliver on. What sets Michelle apart, so far and above everyone I've ever had to deal with with the financing of a mortgage and real estate  in general for that matter, is  1. -Her ability to just answer the phone. I can't believe how hard that simple task is for everyone else.  2.- Her very quick replies back in email. - Time is so very important in these kind of transactions. She nails it! 3.- Her attention to detail, this woman runs a tight ship! 4.- How she didn't treat me like a number, like just another loan. She really handles your loan and different financial circumstances with the personal care that they deserve. That is a very hard thing to find!!!! Thats just to name a few things I really appreciated when we did my loan. Michelle is very knowledgeable with years of trade experience and it showed in my experience with getting a refi done. We did my Refi, funded and all in 14 days.... That just crazy fast!! I would not have been able to do that with any other broker. No other loan or real estate deal has EVER gone that smooth for me before and I owe it all to Michelle. I promise you I will forever call Michelle 1st with ANY real estate question not just a loan question.
